**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Be the face of Flip Out
- Welcoming each and every guest into our park with absolute passion, professionalism and enthusiasm.
- You will be working across various areas of the park including Reception, Cafe, Trampolines, Stunt Zones, Foam Pits, Soft Play, Ninja Wipeout and plenty more.
- Cash & card handling when working on Reception & Cafe
- Conducting and engaging our guests in their safety briefing following on from your training and induction
- Ensure excellent standards of housekeeping are maintained at all times
- Be the first point of contact for any accidents/incidents that may occur in your area of work
- Uphold our park rules at all times
- Follow all working regulation as set out in the companies employee handbook and where relevant specific reception regulations
- Report maintenance issues immediately to your court supervisor
- Escalate any complaints to your Shift Manager swiftly and professionally
- Maintain exceptional housekeeping at all times in every area of the park (not just the arena)
- Interaction is the absolute key to creating unforgettable experiences one guest at a time and you will interact with all our guests from a simple smile to a great big high five

- This role is all about personality and the right attitude where you know nothing else other than making all our guests feel welcomed and cared for at all times

**Working Conditions**
- We are looking for part time and full time members to join the team - you must have school holiday & weekend availability.
- Our parks are large in scale and as such a degree of good fitness is essential as you will work your way around the park dealing with many matters on a day to day basis with the ability to stabilise yourself on our trampolines should you be required to and be required to stand for extended periods of time.

**Rates of Pay & Benefits**

16-17 year olds - £5.28 per hour

18-20 year olds - £7.49 per hour

21-22 year olds - £10.18 per hour

23 year olds + - £10.42per hour
