Our William Northam’s company provides a support service within the office and warehouse environment. Assisting work colleagues across the breadth of the business. Working towards delivering excellent services and events to our customers.

We are currently recruiting a high calibre full-time [36.25hrs per week; 09:00-17:15 Monday
- Friday] Academic & Photography Coordinator to join our Littleport Team. Immediate start is preferred.

**Main duties will include**:

- Regularly reviewing institute websites for updates relating to upcoming ceremonies Attending occasional Graduation ceremonies and other locations, involving overnight stays
- Support with all aspects of ceremony planning, preparation, special requirements, paperwork, administration of equipment and robing
- Organising, recording and approving all payments, new sales orders, purchase orders and invoices
- Inputting data on relevant databases
- Learning systems to support team and processes underway
- Ensuring all stock and equipment’s condition is reviewed prior to dispatch and upon return
- Liaise and support Central Distribution with new sales dispatch
- Assisting with Legal Wear stocktake, administration and sales
- Monitoring stock levels of equipment and robing, ordering new stock when required
- Liaising with the Customer Call centre, handling customer queries ensuring a resolution is achieved
- Supporting with the delivery of the teams objectives
- Responsible for maintaining stock levels of office and kitchenware supplies
- Assist or undertake any other duties across the department when required
