- Demonstrable experience in creating paid media strategies across a number of platforms
- Demonstrable experience of delivering successful campaigns that drive high ROI
- Experience managing £1 million+ accounts
- Knows Google Ads back to front and uses editor
- Experience in cross selling products
- Experience in brand building
- Confident reporting at director level
- A problem solver
- Self starter
- Loves data
- Great communicator
- People person
- A proven manger and leader

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£65,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Cardiff: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
