Pennant Insurance Services is a small family business in Ramsgate.

Providing a friendly office enviroment and working as part of our team.

Looking for someone on a Part-Time basis to work 3 days a week but to also cover Annual leave & Maternity Leave on a temporary basis, working full time hours. With the possibility of becoming full time in the future.

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Analyze insurance policies and determine the best coverage for clients based on their specific requirements
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and expand client base
- Negotiate insurance premiums and terms with insurance providers on behalf of clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in insurance regulations
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies sold, and payments received

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in insurance sales or a similar role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in analyzing insurance policies and identifying appropriate coverage options
- Ability to effectively market insurance products to potential clients
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.50-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 - 35 per week
