Watton Medical Practice is looking to recruit a part time Care Navigator to join our friendly team.

We are looking for someone who has great people skills, confident in communicating with patients and can work under pressure in a busy environment.

Experience of working in a busy medical practice and a sound knowledge of SystmOne is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.62 per hour
