Multi skilled Facilities Coordinator required within a manufacturing facility in Clevedon - BS21. Ideally situated by M5 junction 21, an easy commute for anyone living in Bridgwater, Cheddar, Bristol or Newport.
- £14.46 - £16.00 per hour PAYE, depending on experience
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
- Excellent overtime rates after 37.5hrs worked each week
- 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
- Annual performance related bonus of up to 7.5% basic salary

About the job
- Support the Facilities Manager and management team by ensuring that all site facilities are run smoothly, ensuring high standards across the site/s at all times
- Be responsible for day-to-day actions, monitor and check daily routines and act as liaison between Facilities Manager and Maintenance Technicians
- Inspect and troubleshooting problems, diagnose issues reported by end users
- Inspecting machinery, equipment, buildings, and systems including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning
- Follow a maintenance schedule to ensure that all routine tasks are completed
- Carry out small works associated with the upkeep of the site and requirements that fall within the facilities department areas of responsibility as directed.
- Assist in maintaining department compliance in line with the requirements of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and local procedures.
- Assess completed works are carried out to a high standard for sign off and record keeping following company procedures
- Assist with asset management and record keeping of asset registers
- Site point of contact, key holder, emergency response out of hours for site requirements
- Experience of co-ordinating a full Facilities Management service
- Previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment
- IT literate, sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, fluent in spoken and written English
- Knowledge of I.T Infrastructure, IT Networks, and IT Equipment, Building Management Systems, CCTV, Access Control, Intruder and Fire Alarm systems.
- To command the higher salary range - a high-level Diploma or Degree in a technical discipline, either mechanical or electrical, a member of the Institute of Workplace & Facilities Management (IWFM)
