**Customer Service Advisor - Caerphilly**

**Flexible Hours - 20 to 40 hours per week**

**Full time salary-£20,500 p.a** **for 36.25 hours a week up to £22,620.68 p.a. for a 40 hour week - £10.87 per hour**

**Hybrid working after 6 months**

**Your role as a Customer Service Advisor**:

- Taking calls and building rapport with business customers each day
- Fixing any issues quickly and efficiently, so customers feel valued every time
- Basic computer skills are really important
- Most important is a can-do attitude, someone who really cares about the work they do for customers
