Receptionist/legal Administrator

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Receptionist/Legal Administrator to join a boutique law firm located close to Moorgate.
In this role you will play a pivotal part to ensuring the smooth functioning of the office whilst providing essential administrative support to the legal team.
Reporting to the PA Manager, primary duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Answer and manage incoming calls on the switchboard, directing them to the appropriate parties
- Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms in a clean, organised and welcoming manner
- Prepare meeting rooms for presentations, including arranging refreshments and ensuring the overall presentation is impeccable
- Coordinate with the building management regarding visitors and catering needs
- Welcome guests, announce their arrival and guide them to the relevant meeting rooms
- Manage calendars by scheduling meetings, training sessions, seminars and events
- Arrange couriers and taxis when needed, and maintain accurate records for the finance department
- Provide valuable support during events, including creating name badges, updating attendee lists on their CRM platform
- Assts the Risk and Operations EA with tasks such as conflict checking and file opening
- Offer administrative assistance to fee earners as required
**Qualifications**:
- Strong organisations skills and the ability to effectively prioritise tasks
- A proactive and positive can-do attitude and willingness to collaborate as part of a team
- Professional and polished personal presentation, aligning with the high standard of the firm
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with clients, partners and colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- London, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
