Supervisor - Laser Games Arena

A vacancy exist for a supervisor at a busy and successful Peterborough Laser Tag arena.

Supervisors are expected to have an outgoing & confident character, capable of supervising staff and interacting with customers of all ages and abilities.

Previous sports, leisure or retail with face to face customer service experience would be an advantage.

Supervisors work an average 32hr/week annualised shift pattern with working hours during the day, afternoon & evenings including weekends.

The “Hands On” role requiring not just the supervision of part time staff and customers but also the direct involvement in all aspects of the running of the laser games arena including:

- Safe operation of the Laser Games Arena.
- Providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Receiving customer bookings and the scheduling of site activities and games
- Supervision of the Laser Games Assistants including briefings and arena marshalling.
- Supervision of food and drink preparation and sales.
- Maintenance of the site and equipment including housekeeping & security.

Car ownership, although not essential, would also be an advantage.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£21,275.00 per year
