**What will the apprentice be doing?**

Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Develop and act as spokesperson for social media strategy for sites like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Produce, edit, and share social media content, and support with managing our online community
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of our social media calendar, making sure content is creative, varied and published on time.
- Working together with colleagues across the organisation involved with press, policy, and marketing.
- Engage with our community online, including responding to comments and queries
- Contribute to reports & present to clients
- Analyse analytic data and present insights to the internal team
- Developing blogs
- Use of content management systems to maintain websites
- Data inputting
- Research various topics and stay up to date with what’s what

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**

Level 3 Digital Marketer Apprenticeship Standard, which includes:

- BCS Digital Marketer Level 3
- Google Analytics IQ

The structured part of your apprenticeship training will be provided by JBC Skills Training, we are a specialist technical IT training provider.
You will also learn on-the-job, working alongside experienced colleagues.
