**What’s on offer?**
- Up to £14.30 per hour (d.o.e)
- 7:45pm - 8:15am
- 3 shifts per week (flexible over a 7 day period)

**What will you be doing as an Out of Hours Advisor?**
- Acting as a senior point of contact for incoming queries
- Supporting service users and/or their families in dealing with their concerns
- Ensuring that appropriate advice is given in the event of accidents/incidents/serious matters
- Responding to actual and potential adult safeguarding/child protection issues appropriately
- Receiving and logging calls
- Liaising with local on-call services
- Responsible for co-ordinating shift cover out of hours
- Consulting with senior on call team in the event of emergencies/incidents/safeguarding matters
- Demonstrating a high level of accountability and fulfilling your duty of care

**What do you need?**
- Experience working in an office environment
- Experienced in working in line with health and safety guidelines
- The ability to demonstrate knowledge in a relevant field (e.g. mental health/learning disabilities/elderly care)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programmes (Word & Excel)

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £12.40-£14.30 per hour

Schedule:

- Night shift

- Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stockport, Greater Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
