FP&A Analyst

I am pleased to say that I am currently working with a FTSE 100 listed Insurance company based in Cardiff who are looking to appoint a FP&A Analyst to help support the newly created UK finance services team. I am looking for a qualified professional withinthe FP&A space who is ambitious, hands -on and looking for progression within their career. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for such a prestigious company who offer a fantastic salary package including a bonus scheme.

**What you'll bring to the FP&A Analyst role**:

- Developing an in-depth understanding of the operational and strategic activities of the UK businesses.
- Providing key analysis covering a variety of business performance metrics to senior stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with managers
- Working with teams from finance, pricing, claims and reserving to build regular reporting for senior management
- Support in the UK Insurance planning cycle, preparing presentations and analysis for senior management and the UK Board.
- Contribute to risk scenario modelling and reporting alongside colleagues from the Group reserving and Group actuarial risk teams.
- Provide general support and ad-hoc analysis as required by senior managers across finance, claims and pricing.
