Key Responsibilities:

- Install and repair wood structures, furniture, and fixtures. - Measure and cut materials according to specifications. - Inspect and maintain tools and equipment. - Interpret and follow blueprints, sketches, and building plans. - Identify and resolve issues with woodwork. - Estimate time and materials needed for projects. - Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools. - Adhere to safety procedures and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Plumbing ( tap changing & leak finding )
- Painting
- Mould washing
- Tiling
- Patch plastering ( 1 square metre )
- Lock changing ( Yale locks/euro cylinders, force entry)

Preferred Skills:

- Experience within the social housing sector. - Familiarity with different types of joinery. - Experience with installing doors and windows.
