**About the Role**:
This is a degree apprenticeship opportunity in partnership with London South Bank University enabling you to work while you learn and providing the platform to work towards achieving a digital marketing degree. The programme will last for 4 years which will result in you achieving a BSc (Hons) in Digital Marketing as well as a Digital Marketer Degree Apprenticeship Certificate issued by the IFA (the Institute for Apprenticeships).

**This is a full-time role which will include one day a week attendance at London South Bank University campus (expenses will be reimbursed).

Reporting into one of our Senior Brand Managers, we’re looking for a passionate and positive individual with a strong commercial head on their shoulders to join a fun, adventurous and collaborative team.

The primary focus of the role will be managing and overseeing and executing some marketing campaigns including large seasonal campaigns across brands such as Robinsons and Tango. You will work closely with other Brand Managers and Shopper Marketing Teams to land brilliant execution which drives sales and brand awareness. You will also manage the development of key NPD (New Product Development) and EPD (Existing Product Development) initiatives which grow and expand the brand into new and existing consumption occasions and to new consumers.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Planning and execution of digital communications across multiple social platforms to drive brand and product awareness
- Amplify big brand campaigns and engage audiences with relevant social content
- Build strong, collaborative relationship with in-house digital marketing team.
- Management of social agency including writing briefs and overseeing content creation
- Undertake performance and evaluations of digital campaigns against pre-defined KPIs to measure effectiveness and inform future learnings
- Monitor, analyse and train to become an expert on; market, brand and competitor performance/activity. Be proactive in recommending changes to the annual plan - a good idea can come from anyone
- Be the team’s PR champion (trade and consumer) and help manage the PR agency relationship

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required**:

- 3 A-Levels grade BCC (worth 104 UCAS points) or: BTEC National Diploma DMM (worth 112 UCAS points)
Must have 5 GCSEs grade C & above, including Maths and English (reformed GCSEs grade 4 or above)
- A passion for marketing, brands, and digital ecosystems
- Organised and understands how to get things done on time
- Positivity, supportive and a great team player
- Good communication skills

- Annual Salary of £23,400 plus benefits with incremental increases on an annual basis
