**SALARY: Grade 5 Spinal Point 13-19 (£24,948-£27,852) pro rata**

Do you have experience of supporting the provision of a high-quality support service to help improve overall attendance? We are looking for an experienced professional to ensure the achievement of attendance objectives**.**

You should:

- Have experience of working with SIMS
- Have experience of working with pupils with SEND
- Be good at prioritising
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Be able to establish relationships with pupils and their families
- Have good interpersonal skills including listening skills
- Be self-motivated with the ability to work independently

You will be located in Didsbury, (often voted as one of the most popular places to live in Manchester) only a short walk from the vibrant shops, bars and restaurants of Didsbury village. You will also have access to excellent transport links to Manchester City Centre and surrounding areas.

You will be providing support to a number of pupils with behaviour, attendance and welfare issues including Pupil Premium pupils, Looked After Children, Young Carers and persistent non-attenders, to overcome their barriers to learning in order to enable them to make progress academically.
