KO-NEKT is a specially designed childcare centre aimed at children and young people with additional support needs (ASN) and Special Educational Needs aged 5-18years.

It’ll be the successful applicant’s responsibility to dot the I’s and cross the T’s of this business.

**The main responsibilities of the role are outlined below**:

- Establishment and operation of KO-NEKT’s CRM system (customer database)
- Liaising with KO-NEKT’s external marketing team
- Replying to queries and other administrative duties as required in a timely manner
- Diary management
- Supporting the business with general administrative and operational support
- Accurate record-keeping to support business activities
- Perform other duties considered relevant to the post

**Requirements**:
KO-NEKT is seeking an individual with previous administration experience who will join a team that are passionate about encouraging growth and imagination in children and young people.
