As an Emerging Tech Grad you’ll be a vital part of an innovative team, exploring the latest tech and suggesting cutting-edge tools & techniques to keep AO at the forefront of the customer experience. Having freedom and autonomy to experiment, you’ll be collaborating and gathering stakeholder feedback to support impactful decisions based on your in-depth research and investigation.

**Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing**:
Is your preference data or design?

As a data technology graduate, you'll be in the driver’s seat for exploring the power of GenAI. Designing and developing prototypes, through a continuous cycle of testing, validation, and refining based on feedback and outcomes. Your insight & research will guide decisions on which GenAI technologies and methodologies to pursue.

As a design technology graduate, you’ll work alongside our creative teams, leading projects on dynamic image generation, 2D to 3D image conversion, augmented reality, personalised content creation and exploring the full potential of GenAI systems. You’ll get the chance to use the latest software and develop tools and systems which give a first-class customer experience.

**A Few Things About You**:

- You’ll know all about the freshest tech around and a passion for all things GenAI.
- Be able to come up with big ideas, be curious, innovative with a desire to try new and different things.
- You'll communicate with confidence, holding your own across all levels.
- A bachelor’s degree with at least 2:1 in Data Science, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
- Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, GenAI are preferred.
- You’ll lead the pack with creating prototypes using GenAI tools
