**Day Resident Service Agent - Build to Rent**
**Salary**:£25,000 per annum plus bonus
**Job type**:Permanent
**Shift pattern**: 40 hours a week on a shift rota basis Monday - Sunday (Working 5 days out of 7)
**Shift hours**: Between 7.00am - 9.00pm (8 Hours per day)
**MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK WEEKENDS ON A ROTA**

Do you have experience in customer facing roles which is essential ideally from hotel, retail, student accommodation, housing or residential sectors?
**About the role**
Residential Living Recruitment is exclusively working to recruit high-energy, customer service focused and hard-working individuals to join an exciting and growing team in the Built to Rent (BTR) sector. Our Client provides stylish apartments within London’s well known areas and exciting neighbourhoods
You will be providing excellent customer service supporting residents from move-in to move-out.
This role involves working front of house and will include a lot of resident interaction to enhance resident experience.
**Duties and responsibilities**
- Take the lead in touring and leasing to maximise occupancy and revenue, including following up on leads and sales conversions
- Work alongside external leasing agents, building positive relationships and increasing sales
- Front desk Customer Service
- Parcel collection and distribution
- Provide full concierge service
- Health and safety of the residential building
- Deal with all resident enquiries
- Manage complaints
- Support residents with any maintenance queries
- Ensure an accurate log is maintained for any visitors or deliveries
- Carry out daily inspections of development
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents
- Network and regularly interact with customers to build customer relations
- Work closely with other teams within the business to achieve targets
