- 12-Jan-2023My client is a Local Authority based in the Newcastle area and are currently seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their team.

As a Building Surveyor working for the Council in the Newcastle area, you will be responsible for servicing clients, budget holders, in-house Operational teams and other services representatives, in preparation of feasibilities, schemes, estimate, programmes, asset condition surveys, and contract maintenance tasks.

On a day to day basis you will be;
- Stock condition surveys and maintenance surveys
- Working closely with Contractors
- Managing specialist maintenance and defects projects
- Managing budgets.

You should also be able to drive.
