Purchasing Assistant

A client of ours in the outskirts of Maldon are recruiting a Purchasing Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time temporary - permanent position working Monday - Friday 8:00 - 16:00 and paying £25,000 per annum depending on experience.
**Your key duties in this Purchasing Administrator role will include but are not limited to**:
- Liaising with contract managers and design team
- Placing Purchase orders
- Checking purchase invoices from suppliers and subcontractors
- Organising delivery of materials
- Liaising with service engineers and clients
- Update the CRM system with job costing information
- Organising travel and accommodation for installation teams
**Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Purchasing Administrator role**:
- Experience within Purchasing and Procurement desirable
- Experience of working in a busy office (construction or industrial environment ideal)
- Excellent communication skills, working as part of a team
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel & Word
