**Catering Assistant**
**Motherwell Campus**
**17.5 hours per week**
**Temporary Contract until March 2023**
**£19,340 per annum pro rata**

As a member of the Hospitality and Culinary Arts Division, you will support lecturing staff in resourcing and preparing for all Hospitality and Culinary Arts courses and Training Restaurant operations. You will assist in providing and maintaining a well-resourced and hygienic environment to ensure the delivery of a quality learner experience.

You will be able to demonstrate an awareness of hygiene standards and efficient service within a catering or hospitality context. An ability to work flexibly and independently within a structured environment is essential.
