We are experiencing significant growth right now and this is a genuinely exciting opportunity for a number of Production Operatives with various skill sets to join a global leading business and play a part in our manufacturing operation

**About the Production Operative (Nights) role**:
Working Sunday - Thursday 22:00-06:00 on our state-of-the-art Manufacturing line. *Training period will be on another shift pattern until the night shift is ready to be launched*

Shift premium = 26.33% for rotational shifts and 35% for permanent nights.

Your responsibilities as a Production Operative will include running our production processes efficiently, ensuring safety, quality, quantity, cost, and time all meet operational standards, reducing waste and down time and supporting the development and improvement of all production processes.

**What we're looking for in our Production Operative (Nights)**:

- Experience of working within a fast paced production environment
- A sound understanding of Health and Safety practices
- A methodical approach to product quality and machinery care
- Analytical and mechanical capabilities are advantageous but not essential in order to identify issues within the production process
- Good communication skills are essential
- Be a good team player with a “Can do attitude”
- To be familiar with reporting tools such as Microsoft Office and have the capability to operate machinery using touch screen panels (HMI)
- SAP knowledge would be beneficial but not essential
- Strong at fault finding and problem solving
