Your role includes a variety of tasks, along with helping push the business to be the best it can. You will be assisting the GM with overseeing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards and creating a welcoming environment.

You are given autonomy to create a great atmosphere and make decisions which benefit all. There is room for everyone to develop and to be involved in all areas of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Excellent customer service skills (including floor)
- Strong staff management skills
- A passion for good food & drinks
- The ability to self-motive
- Open & close the pub (key holder)
- Cashing up
- Problem solving
- Ensuring the venue is clean, tidy & welcoming
- Keeping on top of daily, weekly to dos
- Keeping on top of daily, week compliance checks
- Strong communication skills
- Creating a great environment for yourself, the team & customers
- A genuine passion for a great pub
- Train and supervise bar staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a supervisor role
- Previous experience with lone working
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
