**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for an experience Finance Assistant to manage and control debtor balances through accurate and timely invoicing, effective credit control and prompt cash allocation.

**What will you be doing?**
- Posting & allocating customer receipts including generating client direct debit collections
- Actively chasing debtors that are falling due or are overdue
- Raising sales invoices
- Managing & resolving queries both internally & externally
- Understand and monitor key
- Producing and sending customer statements
- Maintaining good relationships with key contacts
- New customer account set ups
- Customer credit checks
- Other adhoc admin duties as required

**Who do we need?**
- 2 x GCSEs or equivalent including Maths and English.
- AAT qualification or working towards is desirable.
- Previous experience in a similar role essential.
- Must be computer literate in Word and Excel.
