This is a job share role working 6 hours a day totalling to a 30 hour working week.

One week - 06:00 - 12:00 Second week - 12:00 - 18:00

23 Days Holiday per Annum.

**Job Purpose**:
Reception/Gatehouse personnel are the first port of call for all entries to site, whether this is a Visitor, Contractor or Goods In and Out. All personnel and vehicles entering site have to be logged in the appropriate manner and any suspicious activity reported.

**Key Accountabilities**:
**All entries to site**:

- Checking Visitors/Contractors against the induction logs. Ensuring they sign in and receive the correct paperwork to complete and are given the correct pass. The relevant ICL personnel must the be contacted to advise there are visitors/contractors on site.
- Couriers. Parcels must be dropped into the parcel room and checked and the intended recipient advised.
- Tanker, Artic and rigid vehicles must all stop and check in with reception first to ascertain if they are dropping or collecting a load. All details must be taken at this point before allowing the vehicle to continue into site. The correct procedure for on and off site goods must be followed.

**Emergency Procedure**:

- Assist the Site Manager in the event of an emergency ensuring all relevant on site personnel logs are available and the site entrance barriers and gates remain clear and closed unless advised.

**Administration**:
There are various daily administration duties within the role.
- Weighbridge - ensuring all goods in and out vehicles are appropriately weighed into and out of site.
- Completion of the weekly sales log / update of the sales calendar as appropriate
- Collation of weekly information regarding the footfall and traffic to site.
- Logging of visitors and contractors to site to ensure figures are available when required
- Update of the ICL personnel timesheet log
- Ensuring the Pre-loaded tankers log is correct at all times
- Printing of labels required by the supervisors / shift leaders
- Control of petty cash movements
- Raising of site FSI tickets
- Ordering and stock control of stationary
- Daily, weekly and monthly reports prepared within specified timeframe for the office

**Adhoc administration duties**
- These include scanning, filing and basic administration

**Miscellaneous**:

- Provide effective communication to all internal and external parties
- Actively participate in and represent the company as the first port of call whether via telephone or in person.
- Any other reasonable duty is identified by the ICL senior management team to satisfy business needs, within the role holders capability and with sufficient training

**Other**:

- Carry out any reasonable duties as identified by your line manager or team leader
- Positively represent ICL to our customers and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with all contractual employment obligations
- Ensure compliance with our ISO standard
- Fully participate in the company's performance management and development programmes.
- Maximise own ability to produce quality work, on time and to brief, utilising best skills and available technology
- Work in accordance with the Company's Human Resources policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
