**Exciting Temp to Perm opportunity,£11.35 per hour (£22500) plus superb benefits**
**Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week (Possibility long term of Hybrid 3 days office 2 working from home)**
**Job Purpose**
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Process Credit Card Payments on ITS Software
- Maintain the CPC and PDQ Payment Control Spreadsheet
- Create spreadsheets and reports of billed data to send to clients
- Telephone queries relating to CPC issues and Processes
- Run the WIP REF report and distribute to Credit Control
- Assist in setting up new client records and maintaining the client database (Names Address)
- Process Perm invoices and related adjustments)
- Any ad-hoc or Sundry duties
**Requirements**:
- **1-2 years experience within Administration role, Call centre role**:
- **Good level of computer literacy**:
- **Ability to adapt to new software packages**:
- **Must have advanced excel skills
