Dental Receptionist

_Alder Road Practice is looking for an experienced Part time Dental Receptionist to join our team._
- Alder Road Dental Practice is a long standing busy practice. We are looking for a warm, friendly person with a positive attitude. We have recently extended and fully refurbished the practice._
- The job is Monday, Wednesday, Friday and one Saturday per month. The main duties include:_
- Booking appointments_
- Dealing with patient queries_
- Taking payments_
- Diary management_
- Meeting and greeting patients_
- Maintaining data protection at all times_
- Other administrative duties_
- Has had previous experience in a dental practice using a dental software_
- Has excellent organisational skills_
- Keeps calm under pressure_
- Excellent communication skills_
- Team player_
- Professional_
- Positive attitude_
- Excellent computer skills_
- The receptionists role is a very important one as they are the first people that patients deal with at the practice so professionalism is key._
