Workshop Joiner

**Role Summary**

The post holder will be responsible for delivery of building maintenance / new builds and upkeep along with associated services and processes that support the upkeep operation of the group’s sites, setting and ensuring the all sites are maintained to the very highest of standards.

**Main Duties**
- Site visits and site installation and fitting when required to meet the companies highest standards
- Assist the construction team in general measuring, setting out and the installation of manufactured items
- General workshop maintenance
- Responsible for machinery maintenance, upkeep and solely responsible for purchasing of all materials required for each job
- Work at all locations as and when needed
- Perform any other roles as required from time to time

**Personal Attributes**
- 5 years bench hand and setting out experience
- Experience in the construction industry
- Site experience
- Full driving licence
- Excellent time management skills
- Hard working, self-motivator and team player
