**What you will need**:

- a minimum of **6 months** care experience in the UK
- ** MUST BE A DRIVER AND HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR OWN VEHICLE.**

**The Job**:

- We are looking for a compassionate, reliable Healthcare Practitioners to join our dedicated team.
- You will be responsible for assisting individuals in nursing and residential homes throughout South Wales promoting independence, and supporting them with personal care and social support.

**The hours are as follows**:Full time hours available, 44 hours a week, 12 hour shift patterns days or nights
