**The role**

The UK Digital Trading team is leading our broker Digital Trading strategy which is defining our product, technology, distribution and service requirements

Central to the team is delivery and ownership of products on various IT platforms.

We are looking for a Digital Trading Support Analyst to support our digital trading proposition across the various IT platforms, assisting the Digital Trading Analysts in the build, ongoing maintenance and improvements.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the Digital Trading division, working closely with the Digital Trading Analysts to develop analytical skills and mindset in this growing area whilst also benefiting from links to the established UK analyst team.

This role will support the project lifecycle, from initial concept, business case, scoping and requirements through to supporting the work with technical delivery teams to successful implementation of the changes that have been defined, additional includingthe support with testing.

**What you'll be doing**
- Working as an integral part of the UK Digital Trading team, supporting the Digital Trading Analyst with the full project lifecycle from initial scoping through to delivery and benefits realisation processes for Acturis products deliveries
- Support the production of specifications and business requirements
- Building strong, productive relationships with the business, IT & third party stakeholders
- Support the implementation of continual improvements to ensure that we are constantly delivering efficient and effective change

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of working with people at all levels within and external to the business
- Be highly results driven, with the energy and determination to succeed in a fast paced environment where the speed of response is critical to success

- Experience of eliciting, documenting and delivering high quality business analysis deliverables.
- Experience of:

- working with third party software houses
- working in the insurance industry
- analysis within the commercial insurance sector
- system integration implementation
