Motus Commercials is an approved LCV Ford dealership located in Halesowen and is on the lookout for a dedicated and knowledgeable LCV **Parts Sales Advisor**. As our new **Parts Sales** **Advisor**, you will join our friendly team which will see you working the following shifts within our approved Ford dealership.

**Wk 1 Monday to Friday 7.30am - 17.00pm**

**Wk 2 Monday to Friday 7.30am - 17.30pm Saturday 8.00am - 12.00pm**

As a **Parts Sales Advisor** at Motus Commercials in Halesowen we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:

- Experience working with Commercial Vehicle parts - Ford would be an advantage
- Minimum 1 years’ experience
- Display a high level of customer service
- IT Literacy
- Brilliant levels of communication written or verbal
- Enthusiastic, Team Player, Flexible.

Main duties will be:
We require an experienced **Parts Sales Advisor** who can provide a thorough service to our customers internally and externally to ensure our automotive customers vehicles are back on road within the shortest time possible.
- To undertake training within the Parts Department and at our manufacturer partners
- Identify the internal and external customer vehicle parts requirements using state of the art manufacturer systems to keep the wheels on the industry turning
- Stock management to maintain correct stock profiles for customer requirements
- To drive the sales of seasonal products and deliver first class customer service to upsell products
- To understand key performance targets and support your colleagues and team to achieve them
- To understand and provide excellent customer service through various communication methods
- To become a Brilliant Team member within the Parts Department
- To embrace all opportunities of learning and developing alongside some of our Brilliant Parts Sales Advisors.
- To respect the property of the Company and any property for which the Company is responsible, or which is in their care.
- To assist with general housekeeping duties required within the parts department.
- To enjoy your time as a **Brilliant** Colleague within Motus Commercials.
