- Managing and motivating the team of Sales Executives and Business Managers.
- Driving the business to maximise car sales and profits as well as customer satisfaction.
- Providing guidance, training and motivation to team members, creating a strong and focused sales team.
- Targeted around sales/profit performance and ensuring customer satisfaction scores are consistently high.
- Handling customer complaints efficiently and effectively.

**Your Background & Skill**:

- Previous experience as a Transaction Manager or Business Manager looking for their next career step in the Motor Trade or experience as a Sales Manager within a main dealer previously.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good at relationship building.
- Ability to manage a team.
