Bartender

Babylon Retro Bar &, the Lion are excited to recruit new bar tenders to join the team.

**The role**:
As a **Bartender** your role will be working across the premise to ensure an outstanding customer experience within our 70s, 80s, 90s, & 00 Bar or our lounge bar.

**What will you be doing as our Bartender?**
- Ensuring that a friendly, efficient, courteous and consistent service is provided at all times.
- Keeping the bar clean and to the standards expected by the company.
- Having a good working relationship with your colleagues and all other departments maintaining high levels of communication, team work and respect are achieved at all times.
- Being fully knowledgeable of the all drink menu, knoweldge of all the cocktails and be able to upsell great offer to our guests
- Having a good understanding of licensing laws and trading standards regulations.
- Understanding your responsibility in relation to Health and Safety, Food Safety and Fire Safety (both statutory and Company).
- Carrying out jobs as dictated by the management team.

- Reliable and committed staff to complete weekend shift
- Experience of working within bars

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
