Sales Representative

The compensation package includes a base salary at the national minimum wage, with the potential for an increase after the successful completion of training and the probationary period. In this role, the emphasis is on cultivating enduring relationships with customers rather than merely meeting short-term targets. You will function as a comprehensive business consultant, collaborating closely with customers to optimize the profitability of their operations.

Initially, you will serve as a sales representative, concentrating on selling our products within a designated geographical area. Your duties will involve maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers, visiting potential clients for new business, providing accurate cost calculations and quotations, negotiating agreements, and closing sales. Additionally, you will gather market and customer information, offer insights into future buying trends, and represent our organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.

Working 35 hours per week, exclusive of travel time, you may be required to extend your hours when necessary. Your initial in-house training will cover product knowledge, selling techniques, and sales administration methods. This will be followed by a shadowing period, during which you will accompany an experienced representative and gradually assume responsibility for some client interactions under supervision.

After this phase, you will be expected to meet individual sales targets, closely monitored for performance.
