We print regularly for leading brands including Virgin Media, Disney, Vodafone, Fulfill, Fender, Adidas and Amazon alongside SME’s and local businesses.

**If you were to join our team as a Trainee Junior Screen Printer, your responsibilities would be**:

- Manage workflow using the daily printing schedule.
- Operate an MHM Auto Press.
- Set up jobs and ensure QC checks - registration, flash settings, squeegee speed, and pressure.
- Print with a variety of ink types, like water-based and plastisol.
- Use proper methods/techniques to operate and maintain automatic screen printing equipment.
- Verify size, colour type of product, and ink colours from the order.
- Follow up regularly to confirm the quality of the product being printed.
- Maintain continuous inspection of job specifications and quality throughout the production run.
- Ensure proper cleanliness and safety of equipment.

**Requirements**:

- You know the screen printing business because you’ve lived it and you loved it.
- You’re a leader who enjoys collaboration in a production environment.
- You are able to work effectively in an open warehouse.
- A clean, safe, and efficient workplace is important to you.
- You are organised and treat your equipment and tools with respect.
- Mechanical stuff excites you, especially if you get to troubleshoot it.
- You understand the printing and operation of automatic style machines.

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£21,000.00 per month
