**Air Conditioning Apprentice,**

We design, supply, install, commission, service and maintain a wide range of Air conditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation, Renewable and Heating equipment, from all the leading manufacturers to Commercial, Industrial & Domestic properties

**What will you do**

We have an opportunity for a committed and professional individual to train and develop into a highly skilled Air Conditioning Engineer. Working on a wide variety of air conditioning & refrigeration equipment in a wide variety of customer sites, throughout Sussex

**How will you do it **

Complete a Level 3 Refrigeration air conditioning engineering technician qualification

Provide reasonable assistance to an experienced engineer

Questioning, learning and taking on board the practices and processes being completed by the engineer

Ensure compliance with all Company Health & Safety regulations & instructions, develop your understanding of Health & Safety legislation and relevant environmental legislation through completing the necessary training

Liaise with all stakeholders (Customers & colleagues) building positive relationships

Manage your PPE, ensuring you have access every day

Support the needs of the business, demonstrate commitment and flexibility, by working a reasonable amount of overtime as and when required

**Who are we looking for**

We are looking for applicants that live in Sussex

Can drive or are close to passing their test

Have obtained a minimum grade C in GCSE Maths & English

Can demonstrate the following:
Good communication & Interpersonal skills

Recognises the importance of customer care

Is willing to be flexible

Please note this is an entry level position and ideal for a school leaver who is looking for an interesting and challenging career. For the right individual this apprenticeship could become a permanent role after the apprenticeship period has been completed.
