As an inventory clerk, you will be required to attend rental properties at the start and end of tenancies, and carry out a visual condition report. You will need to be meticulous and be able to produce a very detailed and accurate written inventory, using an app software.

You will need to have a confident friendly disposition as you may have contact with landlords and tenants.

Customer service is at the heart of what we do, and therefore a level of professionalism and approachability is key.

**Requirements**:

- Good time keeping/ organising of own schedule
- Able to commit to at least three days during the week with overtime as and when required
