Ground Worker

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated Groundworker to join our team. As a Groundworker, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to groundwork and maintenance across various projects with us.

**Duties**:

- Perform manual labour tasks such as digging, backfilling, and compacting
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of underground utilities
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Support the team in completing projects within set deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in construction or related field preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical strength and stamina to handle manual labor tasks
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job

Pay: £150.00-£180.00 per day

**Experience**:

- Groundswork: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
