UX Designer

**We're hiring an experienced UX designer**

We're looking for a passionate and self-motivated designer with a keen interest in UX, technology and entertainment to join our amazing UX/UI Design team. You will work on a wide variety of projects where you will help provide the best user experience to our players. We're looking for someone who is not afraid to take their own initiative, likes to have fun at work, and shares Bally's core values of being a team player, kind and respectful towards others.

**You will**:

- Define, design, and test experiences that allow us to push past the competition.
- Translate business and user needs into meaningful, easy-to-use, and engaging solutions across many platforms.
- Present design ideas with clarity and passion and receive feedback with open-mindedness.
- Regularly collaborate with our UI, Product, and Engineering teams to make decisions on the features we build as well as working with the design team to develop, evolve, and refine our design system
- Identify gaps in the end-to-end experience and collaboratively work with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to address these gaps.
- Champion user-centred design principles within the organisation, leverage data from user tests, analytics, and A/B tests to drive the design process and create experiences that meet user needs while simultaneously addressing business goals.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Industry experience designing digital products.
- Portfolio of work demonstrating UX skills with meaningful, measurable outcomes.
- Casino & Sports betting knowledge is a massive plus.
- Skilled with design tools such as Figma and Miro.
- Experience with Maze and Hotjar.
- Ability to plan, moderate, and execute a variety of goal-oriented workshops with the team, product owners and business stakeholders.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
