Help us meet the everyday needs of people everywhere and be a force for good in the world of manufacturing.Team Members are recognised key players in a small team within the Warehouse environment responsible for:
- loading and unloading all types of vehicles delivering on site
- Sample goods upon receipt and deliver to QC labs
- Pick and dispense products for production in FIFO order
- Ensure stock integrity and location accuracy
- To ensure a high standard of service to production
- Load finished products
**Your responsibilities**:
- Quality: Ensure regulatory compliance and timely, accurate completion of goods in and goods out documents.
- Customer Service: Ensure all product is of expected standard whether it is destined for internal or external customers
- Ensure all inbound goods are correctly located
- Ensure all outbound goods are loaded in a timely manner to the expected high standard
- Ensure all production lines are covered
- Health & Safety responsibilities eg, Near miss reporting
- Materials: Ensure inventory accuracy is maintained to the expected level
- Training: Ensure personal training portfolio is up to date and all 121 objectives are completed - train others as necessary
- Use of hand scanners / SAP knowledge
**The experience we're looking for**:
- A background in manufacturing or production would be beneficial, but a strong desire to learn is also highly valued.
- An aptitude for understanding and adhering to detailed manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
- Ability to work actively, which might include standing for long periods and managing moderate weights.
- A detail-oriented and reliable approach, with the drive to take initiative and achieve high-quality results.
**Skills and Qualifications you will need...**:
Skills & Experience required:
- Experience of working within a similar background and/or third party Logistics environment
- Knowledge and experience of working in a regulated environment
- Health and safety qualifications preferred but not essential (IOSH, First aid at work)
Technical\professional qualifications required:
- Ability to undertake NVQ based qualifications
- Counterbalance license (RTITB) PPT licence and reach truck licence preferred but not essential
