Night Veterinary Care Assistant

We are looking for a Night Veterinary Care Assistant to join the team at our Bradley Stoke Hospital.

**Responsibilities**

You would be assisting nurses, cleaning cages, laundering bedding, feeding animals and walking dogs. Other duties include:

- unpacking orders
- checking expiration dates
- cleaning of the building including laundry
- occasionally assisting on reception, if required

**Essential Skills**

Good communication, team player, IT literate, and call handling. Experience of working with and/or handling animals an advantage.

A full, clean driving licence is essential as you will occasionally be required to drive our ambulance to other surgeries.

**Shift Pattern/Working hours**
- Mondays - Sunday alternate weeks ( working 8.00 p.m. - 8.00 a.m.)
- A week off after 7 continuous night shifts
