Gardens by Grace is a growing business specialising in private and commercial landscape design, installation and maintenance. A large proportion of work is on show homes for house builders.

Pay: £12 to £14 ph (based on 21 years plus) depending on experience. You must register as self employed and will be paid by BACS. I can help with setting up your self assessment with HMRC.

Your role will include:

- Maintenance - Grass cutting, strimming, weeding etc of mainly show homes and some private gardens
- Show home landscape installation - Collecting plants from nurseries, setting out from the design plan, planting turfing, occasionally assisting in timber features and patios etc.
- You will work with another person initially but may be required to work alone sometimes once you are comfortable with the role.

**Experience**:

- Preferably studying a Horticulture based course or previous gardening / maintenance experience would be a bonus, however enthusiasm to learn and a get stuck in attitude is most important.
- Training will be provided so you are aware of the standards required and I will help you expand your knowledge of horticulture in general.
- CSCS Card will be required so you can work on building sites. This is a one day course and a touch screen test. This is around £150. You will be required to cover the costs up front however the cost will be reimbursed to you £10 per full day of work done.
- Full UK driving licence required.

Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
