**Airbnb Cleaner for Guildford and Surrounding Areas**

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team and help maintain our Airbnb rental properties in Guildford and the surrounding areas. As an Airbnb cleaner, your main responsibilities will include cleaning all areas of the property, laundering linens, restocking supplies, inspecting for damages, organizing, reporting maintenance issues, communicating with the host, following instructions, ensuring security, and maintaining professionalism.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning: Thoroughly clean all areas of the Airbnb rental property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and any other common areas. This includes dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
- Laundering: Wash and change bed linens, towels, and other linens used by guests.
- Restocking: Ensure that basic supplies like toilet paper, soap, and cleaning supplies are replenished for the next guest.
- Inspecting: Check for damages, stains, or missing items and report them to the host.
- Organizing: Ensure that items such as kitchenware, toiletries, and other supplies are neatly organized and in the correct place.
- Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues to the host, such as broken appliances or plumbing problems.
- Communication: Communicate with the host to ensure that the property is cleaned to their standards and that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.
- Following instructions: Adhere to any specific instructions or guidelines provided by the host, such as special cleaning products or procedures.
- Security: Ensure that the property is secure before leaving, such as locking doors and windows.
- Flexibility: Be flexible with scheduling and willing to accommodate last-minute bookings or changes.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service to guests.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable transportation (own vehicle).
- Flexibility with scheduling.
- Professionalism and customer service skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
