The role

You’ll be responsible for running one of our tuition centres; day to day, you’ll lead and develop a team of superstar Tutors, nurture lots of budding fearless learners, and welcome new families into your Centre. Your key objectives will be:

- Education Delivery - bring our mission to life by delivering an outstanding education service to members. You’ll demonstrate outstanding tutoring skills in a variety of contexts.
- Customer Experience - provide an outstanding customer experience to both prospective and current families. You’ll nurture relationships and enhance all elements of customer service.
- Business Growth - take ownership of the centre's reputation, profitability and overall performance. You’ll set ambitious, achievable goals to motivate your team.
- Lead and Develop - Develop your skills and inspire others to create a team that collectively drives our Mission, Goal and Who We Are. You’ll line manage & coach every day, fostering a culture of learning where all staff are upskilled and supported to bethe best they can be.

Leading a centre, your typical working pattern will be Tuesday - Saturday; Sundays and Mondays are yours to switch off from the hustle and bustle of centre life.

What you’ll get in return

**Salary**: £28,000 - £30,000 PA depending on experience and location (London fridge & Weighting on top depending on location)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Working Hours: our centres are open 5 or 6 days each week, and our members can attend sessions after school between 3 pm - 8 pm, and on a Saturday between 9 am - 5 pm. During the week, you’ll open up at 11 am so you have time to focus on your centre successplans before your families arrive from 3 PM.

Holidays: 28 annual days + well-being and volunteer days
