**JOB TITLE: Customer Service Car Park attendants**

**REPORTING TO: Duty Manager**

**LOCATION: The Centre, Livingston**

**HOURS: 42.5 hours per week**

**PAY RATE: £10.98 per hour**

**ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE**

This is a permanent, full-time contract.

The role is based at The Centre, Livingston. Which is a fast-paced, shopping centre over 1 million sq. ft. Currently, home to more than 155 of the UK’s best Brands including Primark, JD, M&S, River Island, and H&M. With this in mind, we are looking to appoint a proactive Customer service attendant to maintain a safe and secure environment for all our customers vsiting our cr parks.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Enjoy working part of a team as well as the ability to work independently to reach the shared goal.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal to assist with accurate report writing.
- Excellent time management
- Smart, well-groomed and confident
- Conflict Management aware
- High level of customer care awareness
- Telephone skills
- Familiar with patrolling
- Familiar with Car Parking systems

**Health & Safety Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly duties in line with the SIA license training courses to ensure the centre is safe and compliant in all aspect of health & safety
- Confident in complying with health & safety and fire prevention procedures
- Take an active role in emergency situations including Fire Warden tasks
- Oversee external contractor management to ensure they are working safely
- Always follow ABM Group and company policies and procedures
- Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment
- Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received
- Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system
