Experienced Carpenter

Mon - Fri with weekend availability with weekly pay.

Successful applicants will be experienced with first and second fix and have a desire to deliver high end work.

**You must be confident to**

Converse with clients and suppliers

Have the ability to work on your own with little or no instruction, immediately

Arrange and check deliveries

Prioritise your own workload and complete the project in a timely manner

Some of the duties you will be required to perform are

Read and interpret drawings and sketches

Measure, cut, shape, assemble materials (wood, fibreglass, drywall, etc.) according to specifications

Install structures and fixtures such as doors, cabinets and moulding as a first and second fix

Inspect and repair damaged frameworks or structures

Select and use appropriate tools and equipment for each task

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organised work area

**You must have the following experience**

Proven experience as a carpenter or similar role built over several years (min 5 years)

Own first and second fix tools

Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment

Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials

Ability to read technical drawings

Physical stamina to handle heavy materials and work in various weather conditions

Attention to detail and precision in executing tasks

Full, clean UK driving licence and be over 25, preferably have your own van.

Pay: £180.00-£200.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Joinery: 5 years (required)
- Carpentry: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
