Working within a school environment, at the new front line of relationship-based pastoral support, the positive relationships you build - will have a lasting impact on their young lives.

Able to use your sporting skills and passion as a way of engaging those often hard to reach young people, you will find common ground and “breakthrough” as you become the role model Mentor they so desperately needed.

Able to open up discussions around mental health and wellbeing, your passion and empathy will overcome barriers to learning as you support their social, emotional and academic progress.

Supporting young people both inside and outside of the classroom, no two days will be the same, as you make that breakthrough change - inspiring young people to believe a positive future is possible.

**FREE Level 2 Team Teach** positive behaviour management, de-escalation and physical intervention training will be provided for successful applicants (worth £1,500).

**Long Term assignments pay from £106.50 - £130 per day (including £0.45 per mile in travel expenses) and the Permanent opportunities can pay up to £32,000 per annum.**
