What We Require:
- Patience and Empathy: The ability to connect with students on an individual level, understanding their unique challenges and providing appropriate support with patience and empathy is crucial.

- Adaptability: The ability to adapt your approach to meet the varying needs of students is essential. Whether providing one-on-one support or assisting in group activities, you should be able to adjust your methods accordingly.
- Resilience: Working in education can be demanding, but it is also incredibly rewarding. We are looking for individuals who can maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations, and persevere in their efforts to support student success.
- Continuous Learner: Just as we encourage our students to embrace learning, we value employees who are committed to their own professional development. Whether through formal training or independent study, a willingness to learn and grow is highly valued.
