**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**

As Warehouse Operative you will be responsible for handling all duties pertaining to the processing, organising, and packing of incoming and outgoing goods according to established warehouse guidelines.

Duties will include:

- Collating and processing orders on internal IT systems both for incoming and outgoing goods.
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles by forklift truck.
- Liaising with production with regards to timeframes and deadlines.
- Picking and packing service kits and distribution throughout workshop.
- Packaging pumps for dispatch.
- Unpacking pumps received from customers.
- Making sure all stock is labelled and stored correctly.
- Stock taking.
- Carrying out health and safety checks.
- Promoting and developing relationships with key contacts throughout the business.
- Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent service.

As you will be working within a small team, it is expected that you will undertake such other duties as may reasonably be required within the department

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous experience in a warehouse role.
- IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook) with previous experience of working on multiple platforms, previous experience of using stock management software is preferred.
- Experience with D365 would be an advantage
- Previous knowledge of supply chain management would be advantageous.

- You will be able to work without direct instruction or supervision taking ownership for tasks.
- You will have a can do/will do attitude towards customer requests to help to improve the warehouse activities.
- You will demonstrate the ability to work both alone and within a team environment, ensuring that assignments are followed through to completion within a defined schedule.
- You will have the ability to follow detailed work instruction, and execute same to a high level of professional workmanship, with high attention to detail.
