**Role title: Sales & Client Experience Specialist**

Main purpose of the role: Attract and retain patients and gym members, by providing a world-class customer experience, and implementing the Fixit Physiotherapy approach to make a meaningful impact on their health and wellbeing.

**Responsibilities**:
Client Experience
- Provide a friendly but professional and attentive welcome to all patients, putting them at ease from the moment they enter the premises.
- In all interactions with patients, be positive and upbeat, and emphasise the value and impact our services can have on their health and wellbeing. Encourage and support clients to feel motivated about coming for treatment, and remaining committed to their treatment or fitness plan.
- Encourage patients to share their views on their experience, and demonstrate interest and enthusiasm in their feedback, and their progress, to keep them excited about the prospect of coming for treatment/training, or other services and recommending us to their network.
- Where there is feedback for improvement, thank the patient for helping us get better at what we do, and make sure the feedback and suggestions for improvement are communicated to the team for consideration.
- Take care of the administrative aspects of a patient’s visit (e.g. payments, rebooking) in a way that makes patients / members feel comfortable and in a good state of mind.
- Look after the general housekeeping of the entrance, waiting and reception areas, so that patients always experience a safe, hygienic, professional and welcoming environment
- Participate in, contribute to, and help to develop the in-house educational training program that is provided to all administration staff
- Ensure that all patients are given the best chance of achieving the desired outcome by following up with patients that have not rebooked, cancelled or not shown to appointments

Sales & Business Development
- Understand and clearly communicate the company’s core ethos and value proposition to current and prospective patients / members
- Identify and engage with potential patients / members, to promote the benefits of joining Fixit Physiotherapy & Training
- Increase gym attendance by signing up prospective members for trial months, converting trialists into full paying members, and helping physiotherapy patients transition into becoming members

Team Contribution
- Participate in, contribute to, and help to develop the in-house educational training program that is provided to all administration staff
- Identify ways to support colleagues in their roles, to achieve an exemplary Client experience

**Job Types**: Contract, Full-time

**Salary**: £21,500.00-£23,000.00 per year

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
